Every meeting you have is an opportunity to learn something new. No matter how knowledgeable you might be, there are people that know things you don't. It's a good idea, then, to try to learn something new from them. No matter their age, status, language, whatever it might be, go into every meeting with an open mind, ready and willing to learn.
