St. Paul was a very dynamic man, as his letters show, but to better understand his letters, it is recommended that you read all of them quickly and then go back and read them for study purposes. Also, they were not written in the order we have them in the Bible, which may cause confusion if you assume that they were. Paul was the first theologian to go beyond the apostles’ writings to explain the meaning and purpose of all that Jesus and the apostles said and did.
