When people hear today that Jesus is the only way, that sounds intolerant, close-minded, and rude. I am noticing that even in Christian circles, people are becoming uncomfortable with exclusive religious claims because it leads to divisiveness. So, what do we do? Do we just ditch exclusive claims because all exclusive claims create a dualism of 'us vs. them' or does such an approach fall prey to its own critique? Could condemning people for making exclusive religious claims be itself an exclusive religious claim? Let's see.
