Over and over again I am challenged to evaluate my life in light of the Israelites. Their hearts were deceived because they did not recognize that they were descendants of Adam and Eve. Sure, they must have admitted that they were their ancestors, but only in the physical sense. They did not see themselves as spiritual descendants of Adam. As we read these lessons, it is important to realize our spiritual heritage also. Adam has infected all of us and these historical events verify that what God says is true.

We have finished with the first step of God’s redemptive plan. There is more but we are going to take a break in order to consider what the next steps will be in revealing the rest of His plan. Also, I will give you my final thoughts for now. Enjoy.

Lesson 083 - Final Thoughts

What more could be said than was said in the last lesson. The work of redemption was complete, God's promises were fulfilled, God won and Satan lost, as usual. So is this the end of the story? Not by a long shot.Jesus had fulfilled all that His Father wanted Him to do but He was not finished yet. There was one more objective to accomplish and it was going to include another group of people. Let's see what He had in mind.
