Something that I’ve come to believe truly underscores the importance of coaching nowadays is how it fills a gap in our education.We spend so much of our early lives engaged in some kind of formal education, then when we find ourselves out in the world…we’re basically left to feel like we’re on our own, especially when it comes to figuring out how to grow and excel throughout our adult lives.
