This quote has been living on my whiteboard for quite a while now, not only because I find it inspiring, but because I believe the reminder is necessary. “We seldom rise to the level of our expectations, but rather fall to the level of our training.”Beyond the personal - because this is a good message for me to hear often - I think this quote expresses something intrinsic to the value of coaching.
