Lessons for Dealing with Lenders

When it comes to commercial real estate deals, you need to have lenders on board. But what kind of safeguards do you need to have in place in these contracts? How to work out the best arrangement for you and your investors? 

In this episode, we go through our lender checklist that helps us stay on top in all our deals. We’re about to close a 120-unit deal in Texas and we had to deal with some back and forth with the lenders. In the process, we learned some important lessons.
