(on top of my operations team, service providers, tech stack etc etc) 

… and it’s been worth EVERY penny. 

Even the investments that weren’t quite what I expected. 

Or the ones where I didn’t ‘get an ROI’ during the container itself. 

Because while the financial growth is super important, mentorship is about so much MORE than that to me.
