This week on Lessons from Leaders, Lynne sits down with Karl Hoffman, CEO of PSI.

Karl has been with PSI since 2007. With experience in foreign services, specifically with work in Africa, he now works with global health. He sits down to share his insights into combatting financially costly mistakes, utilizing your team strengths and how impactful fear is. 

"The more mistakes we encounter, on a program side or financial side, the better it is for us. I think the tendency when you make an error, it is natural to dress it up or hide it under the carpet. However for us, the opposite is true. When we tell our donors the truth, the development challenges, the status of the environment, they appreciate the honesty. When they hear the problems from us, our reputation goes up. They know they can trust us."
