WHO IS BECCA?
My learning disability is my superpower as it gives me the ability to speak up, share my experience, educate others, and make an impact within this world. Having been diagnosed with dyslexia and an auditory processing disorder at a very young age, I was taught the importance of advocating for myself. However, advocating for myself became difficult as I was involved in a domestic violence relationship and struggling with my mental health. I felt shattered and broken from all the trauma I had been hiding behind my smile and terrified to speak. Today, I believe that the strongest thing I can do is continue to give my pain a voice and consistently create a greater version that God is creating me to be.
