We've seen the 'Chief of Staff' role portrayed in the White House (West Wing, Designated Survivor) but this time we're in the real world - an interview with Andrew's nephew, Chris Thorp. A life-long obsession with cars led Chris into the automotive industry, first as a journalist and latterly as Chief of Staff to the executive board of Jaguar Land Rover.

In this episode he shares some fascinating insights about leadership, communication and a tricky encounter with a pop superstar.  It's the first of a two-parter, the second episode to be aired in the coming weeks.
