I've changed so much since my son died, and so is my life. However, at certain moments my brain goes back to saying - all is the same.  At those moments old fear and anxiety resurfaces. 

In those moments, I have to take charge of my brain and steer the brain in a different direction. 

Lessons that I've learned during the seven years after I lost my son is me doing that - showing the brain how far I've come.  I want to share some of these lessons with you.
