What's much more important then making mistakes is making sure you don't make the same mistake twice.  Sometimes its easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of everyday life that stop us from evaulating what we're not doing well at and how we can go about improving it, which is why taking the time to reflect every once in a while could be the difference between going around in circles and heading strait to the top.
