This is a series of very short podcasts on the most important and interesting lessons which I have gathered in over four decades of living what I would essentially describe as a good life despite all the ups and downs. It's been a wonderful process of great learning through experience, of getting unstuck from sticky situations, of almost coming undone at the seams, surviving it all and coming through.
