Sometimes no matter how good our plans are, or how much we want to follow them, life shows us the importance of being flexible and willing to change paths. Which means, sometimes we have to say no to some of our plans. In this episode I share about (1) struggling with saying no to creating more podcast episodes so I could add full-time teaching, in the COVID-19 pandemic. to my already full plate and (2) how seeing the three principles of Mind, Thought, and Consciousness helped me with that change.
My guest for this episode is, Anke Herrmann, business coach, online tech mentor, podcast host, and author of Taming the Tech Monster. We talked about her experiences with saying no and changing paths. In 2004 she quit her software developer job in the UK to start her own sewing business in Spain. Today she offers her unique mix of compassionate coach, patient teacher, free-spirited creative mind and experienced software developer, to help professional coaches with a big vision create tech systems that offer headspace and the capacity to accelerate business growth.
