Lessons Learned from Starting Something New

We are wrapping up season 1 of The Spirit-Led Leader Podcast. It's been 1 year and many lessons learned along the way.

The goal of season 1 was to discover your God stories and learn who you are, where you are, and what God is calling you to do in this season of your life.

A few lessons to highlight from embarking on this journey are:

When you start doing something new, understand that it may take longer than expected - extend yourself grace and keep going

Seeing the incremental progress and benefits of showing up, allow you to appreciate slow and steady

What God tells us to do for others is actually what He wants to do in us first.

You can confidently pour out when you put in your reps

The time it takes is less important than the journey you're on

God specially allowed you to experience what you have so that you get a sense of who you are in him

If you feel you're on the frontline, know that God wouldn't put you there without the right armor - pick up your shield of faith and go to war

In season 2 we will focus on behavior and how we show up to be fruitful and multiply everything good.
