As I look back on my life, there's always been this big dream I couldn't shake—a desire to have a voice that matters. 

But growing up in the Catholic Church and going through the school system, I got this subtle message that I wasn't supposed to shake things up. 

I never wanted to rock the boat or make people feel uncomfortable. Deep down, though, I wanted to share stories and conversations with people I admire and respect. 

And I never thought this would be possible, let alone that it would actually help people. 

So, today, I'm doing something different. This episode is a look back at all the amazing guests we've had on the show and all the cool lessons we've learned together. 

This episode celebrates the wisdom, the laughs, and the incredible insights these guests have shared with us.

If even one person out there feels moved, inspired, or a little less alone because of these conversations, my mission is accomplished.
