Whenever we don’t process an emotion, we hold it in our womb. The womb portal is a powerful place where we can connect with the divine, create and receive ideas. It is hard to receive when there’s too much store in it. So we have to do a clearing. 

We can carry cords from your previous sexual partners. We can carry what doesn’t belong to us, it could be from your mother or grandmother. 

Start by lying down, closing your eyes take a deep breath, place your hands over your womb. Notice how your body feels and call upon your spirit guides to help you. 

Does the energy feel heavy in your womb? Does it feel open or closed? Ask your womb, what emotion are you holding? Allow yourself to feel that emotion, let it move through you. 

Ask your womb am I carrying an energy that doesn’t belong to me? Feel that energy leave your body. Breathe. Clear any open cords with any previous partners you are no longer with. 

As you’re releasing, you’re allowing more space in the womb to expand. Keep clearing. Visualize your spirit guides blessing your womb. 

Now ask yourself, what do you want to create now? Set that intention in your womb, imagine a rose or lotus flower and say thank you. How does the energy in your womb feel now? 

Take a deep breath in and open your eyes. All clear all done. You will need to do this clearing again. This womb exercise will be reflected in your next menstrual cycle. Drink lots of water.
