This is a little something I first encountered courtesy of The Tim Ferriss Show, which remains an almost must-listen on most episodes, despite their length.Often, when we frame the value or worth of a task or a job or a responsibility, we set it within the context of how difficult it will be. And while hard work has never been something I’ve shied away from (I imagine many of you are the same), I’ve come to understand that it’s always worth asking, “What would this look like if it were easy?”
