I learned so much with my conversation with Coach and Leader Lester Young. He talks about the power of accepting yourself and accepting others in your journey to love and healing. I'm walking away so inspired, motivated, and challenged.

Bio:

Lester Young is a speaker, author, coach and activist. He speaks and trains employees within The Human Resource Department on the benefits of hiring formerly incarcerated individuals. He is "the voice" for those that are not able to speak for themselves. A highly requested speaker, primarily within the prison environment, Lester's lived experience gives those that have not spent time in prison a different perspective when it comes to teaching and training. 

Mr. Young is setting a new standard for "living a life of redemption". As a National Movement & Capacity Building Specialist, Lester focuses on training and educating formerly incarcerated individuals around advocacy and organizing.
