This week I felt the need to talk about the topic of creating balance in your life. It's hugely important that everyone allows themselves to be HUMAN and understand that we need connections, relationships, joy... basically a life outside our creative businesses.

It really frustrates me when I see these posts online saying "if you want to be successful you can't watch Netflix" or shaming people for wanting to see their friends, saying they "don't want it enough" if they're not constantly working around the clock. 

I believe in working hard to achieve your goals, but this can look different for everyone and it's not a "one size fits all". 

We are not ROBOTS!! 🤖
