So today, as we talked about, is letting go to grow. Now I want to say, was it last year? Might've been last year, the year before, I can't remember. 

But the word of the year that people do, and I do as well, this year's major league, you'll notice I suck at sticking to just like one word of the year, like this year's major league. Last year, the year before, it was let go to grow.
