For this experience, we’re reminded of the depth of God’s love — that He sent His only Son, Jesus Christ, to rescue us when our sin was as filthy as vomit before a holy God. We couldn’t save ourselves, but Jesus took our place on the cross so we could be made new. For those who are saved, God has given His Spirit to empower us to overcome the pull of the flesh and live in victory. And if you haven’t yet surrendered your life to Jesus, this is your call — tomorrow is not promised. Eternity is real. Where will you spend it...heaven or hell?
