Does it add value to who you are, is it serving your intentional successful future?

And if its not serving you in any way, get rid of it! It does not need your energy and you should not add the energy to it.

Focus on your growth, learning and quality of life.

When you allow yourself to focus on the bad or negative, it fuels the problems, one negative will lead into another.
