Tara LaValley began dancing in ballet, jazz and tap at the age of three. She began performing​ in ballets professionally at the age of eight and then branched out into professional musical theatre around Chicago. She also studied classical piano and was accepted into DePaul University’s​ conservatory for music in piano performance.

Throughout her career, Tara has performed in numerous professional shows including​ equity musicals, plays, dance performances, competitions, award shows, ​television, film, commercials and print modeling. She spent eight years in New York City developing her craft and pursuing a career in fitness while she also performed.

She now resides in Los Angeles as a SAG-AFTRA union member and continues to teach, perform and train clients worldwide.
