In this episode of Let Me Walk You Out, Stephanie and Kyndall are continuing their Final Stretch conversation by putting their three words for the rest of 2026 through the Triple A framework: Ascension, Alignment, and Achievement.
We talk about what needs to change internally, what needs to be true in our everyday lives, and what tangible progress would show us that we're actually becoming the women we said we wanted to be.
Plus, we're bringing this conversation to The Healing Lounge (aka Receiving Room) with Aset Healing on October 11 at 7 PM EST. RSVP using the link below and come ready with your own three words.

S1, E19: You don’t have to wait until January to start showing up for the life you want. 🍂 This week, we’re reflecting on what we need to release, what deserves our energy, and who we want to become as we close out 2026.
In Season 1, Episode 19 of Let Me Walk You Out, we’re celebrating Kyndall’s 25th birthday AND welcoming our first guest, Aset of Aset Healing! Together, we explore learning to receive, letting go of perfectionism, and acknowledging the progress we’ve already made before rushing toward the next goal.
Then, we each share three words to guide our next season:
✨ Kyndall: Grounded, trusting, and expansive
✨ Stephanie: Simplicity, execution, and stewardship
From setting boundaries and building self-trust to following through and caring for what’s already in our hands, we’re getting honest about what we want the rest of this year to feel like.
What three words are you choosing for your next chapter? Tell us in the comments, and leave a 🎂 to wish Kyndall a happy birthday!
Join us and Aset Healing for The Final Stretch, our free virtual Healing Lounge / Receiving Room session, on October 11 at 7 p.m. ET.

S1, E17: What songs instantly take you back to a specific version of yourself?
In this episode of Let Me Walk You Out, Stephanie and Kyndall are taking a trip down memory lane through the albums, songs and artists that soundtracked different eras of their lives.
Along the way, we talk about the memories attached to the music: family vacations, freshman dorm rooms, discovering artists before the rest of the world caught on, and the songs that somehow made perfect sense before we were even old enough to understand what the artist was talking about.
And this is only Part 1. Our musical timeline continues next week as we move further through college, post-grad, and the music defining who we are now.

S1, E16: Who are you ready to become, and what version of yourself do you need to release to get there?
In this episode of Let Me Walk You Out, Stephanie and Kyndall reflect on the identities, habits and thought patterns they had to shed in order to become the women they are today. From waiting for permission and questioning whether you’re good enough to procrastinating, seeking validation and being afraid of being seen trying, sometimes the biggest thing standing between you and your next chapter is an identity that no longer fits.
We also explore archetype embodiment and how intentionally defining the woman you want to become can help you start showing up as her now. Kyndall shares her evolution from the Hesitant Achiever to the Self-Possessed Woman, while Stephanie steps into the identity of the Aligned Alchemist.
This isn’t about rejecting or resenting who you used to be. It’s about honoring every version of yourself, studying what she taught you and giving yourself permission to evolve. You don’t have to wait until you feel completely ready. Sometimes you start messily, act through the hesitation and collect evidence that you are already capable of becoming her.
🐍 After listening, drop a snake in the comments and tell us: What identity are you shedding, and what archetype are you stepping into next?

S1, E15: What does it actually mean to romanticize your life?
It’s easy to associate “romanticizing your life” with aesthetic morning routines, cute coffee shops, candles, vacations, and picture-perfect moments. But what happens when life feels boring, confusing, repetitive, or just… not that great?
In this episode of Let Me Walk You Out, Stephanie and Kyndall talk about what romanticizing life looks like beyond the aesthetic. From practicing gratitude and creating things to look forward to, to making mundane routines feel special and finding a silver lining in seasons you didn’t necessarily choose, we’re talking about how to become more present in the life you’re already living.
Because romanticizing your life doesn’t mean pretending everything is perfect. Sometimes it means accepting exactly where you are, finding the little things that make today better, and remembering that one difficult day or season doesn’t define your entire life.
Life comes in seasons. We’re just learning how to dance in the rain through all of them. ☔️
After listening, leave the ☔️ emoji in the comments and tell us: What’s one small thing you do to romanticize your everyday life?

S1, E14: After last week’s conversation about getting better with money, we’re taking it one step further: what do we actually think is worth spending our money on? 💸
Inspired by the “worth the money” conversations taking over TikTok, Stephanie and Kyndall are comparing the things they’ll happily make room for in the budget. From gym memberships, Pilates, nail appointments, technology, TSA PreCheck, and good luggage to therapy, reliable cars, beauty staples, quality clothing, comfortable bedding, nice hotels, and travel experiences, some things are simply worth the swipe.
But this episode isn’t about telling you what you should spend your money on. It’s about recognizing that intentional spending looks different for everyone. Sometimes paying more means investing in your health, your peace of mind, your comfort, your time, or memories you’ll carry with you for years. And sometimes, the cheaper option really is good enough.
Plus, Stephanie and Kyndall talk about becoming more intentional with fast fashion, why a good hotel room is non-negotiable, and why experiences and travel will almost always have a place in the budget.
💸 After listening, drop the 🤑 emoji in the comments and tell us: What’s one thing you will ALWAYS spend the money on?

Black-Owned Business of the Week: GRND Pilates
Location: 515 Ralph David Abernathy Blvd Suite D2, Atlanta, Georgia 30312
Vibe Check: When I first started Pilates, I didn’t see myself represented. The spaces felt exclusive, the approach didn’t feel accessible, and I often felt like I didn’t belong. But I knew the power of Pilates, the strength, the control, the way it transforms you inside and out.
So I created what I needed. GRND was born out of that season of resilience. I wanted to build a practice that was powerful but welcoming, rooted in Joseph Pilates’ timeless method but designed for everybody, every background, and every story. - Jharde Johnson

S1, E13: Being “good with money” is about a lot more than just knowing how to make a budget.
In this episode of Let Me Walk You Out, Stephanie and Kyndall get honest about their evolving relationships with money, from what they observed growing up to the financial habits they’re trying to build in their 20s.
Stephanie and Kyndall aren’t financial experts, and they’re definitely still figuring it out themselves. But that’s the point: getting better with money starts with being honest about where you are, understanding your habits, and building a system that actually works for your life.

S1, E12: Should we normalize living with roommates into your 30s? Hiring a cleaner? Calling your parents when you need financial help? Having 14,000 unread emails?
In this episode of Let Me Walk You Out, Stephanie and Kyndall are playing Normalize It or Not? Adulting Edition, giving their takes on the habits, choices and realities that come with figuring out adulthood.
The conversation gets into the realities behind some of these choices too, including the rising cost of living, learning when to ask for help, becoming more financially independent, protecting your time and why being an adult sometimes means admitting there are things you still need to learn...like how taxes actually work.
Some takes they agree on. Others? Not so much.
