The plagues in Exodus 5 - 10 are an undoing of God’s created order in Genesis 1 - 2. God’s law reflects how we were created, the structure, the very fabric of our lives. Therefore to disobey God is to unleash forces of chaos and disorder in your life and in the life of everything around you.
