On this episode I sat down with the fabulous Davy Jones, lead singer of the band and the "Walking On Mountains", and amazing friend of mine. 

We talked about the unsigned music scene and he shared his experiences with writing, recording and performing over the past 13 years. We also talked about the huge link between music and mental health! 

Davy is such an inspirational person and this episode was very well received by many people. Davy is also one of the reasons that Spill It started!
