Through the story of the demon-possessed man, we learn that Christianity isn't about gradual self-improvement but instant transformation through Christ. True freedom comes when we let go of our comfort, preferences, and control - our 'pigs' - to fully embrace what God offers. This transformation requires sacrifice, but the value of one changed life far exceeds any worldly possession we might need to surrender.
