You can often do things on autopilot because that’s just the way it is and that’s the way you do it. It’s been done for so long that it’s just become part of your routine.
You can do things because they’re expected of you.
You can do things just because you always have.
And you can do things because you feel responsible for it.
But what if you were to let some of these things go?
Imagine the space that you could create if you removed some of these things that fill your days, weeks and your months.
What could you do with that time and space instead?
Would you use it to rest or nourish yourself?
Would you use it to pursue things that light you up?
Would you free up more energy so that you could spend better quality time on the things that you really care about.
Not doing something or putting it off time and time again, drains your energy and can leave you feeling guilty, anxious and frustrated.
Instead give yourself permission to just stop and let it go.
In this very moment, just pause and take a breath, as you feel relief from letting things go.

Today’s SHEro action is to review all the tasks that you do that make your energy dip or that leaves you feeling drained.
Are there any tasks that you could stop doing?
Perhaps you could postpone doing them, and pick them back up in a month’s time, or even review it on a month by month basis? Is it really needed?
Could you delegate some of the tasks that you do, and pass the responsibility to someone else, perhaps allowing them to take more responsibility, or to step up in their own lives?
Maybe you could outsource the activity and pay or trade with someone to do it for you, as your time would be better spent on other activities.
Pause, and take a breath. As you allow yourself to feel into the possibilities available to you.
