Vulnerability is such a big word. I always don't know how to use the word right. Too fragile to easily say, but too familiar to be apart from.

I always wanted to be true and I do from now on,too. But isn't is hard for a lot of us to really be facing who we are and how we feel?

I feel vulnerable to talk about how I feel. And it is scary. But the last couple of months, the people around of me showed so much of care,and I can't thank them enough. Connections let you be vulnerable, and it's such a beautiful thing.

I don't know where you are at in life, at all. But you are not alone. Even your own sadness will be allowed to feel by talking to someone, if you can't do it all by yourself. I send you so much of love x Thank you for listening to my talk.
