Welcome back to the Podcast which is now under the name of Together Through Trauma which is to say that once you've experienced the trauma of emotional abuse that at some point you need to transition to rebuilding self or to enhance your own mindfulness and wellbeing post abuse.
We don't want you to stay stuck at anger or any other negative emotion associated with the experience rather we must recognise our strengths and opportunities in the aftermath.
We are here to see if we can facilitate that transition - sure, your ex will likely crop up as contextual logic or a footnote in our lives but we'll also examine our whole world view and where we fit - all from the experience of why emotional abuse happened to us in the first place.
You are powerful and full of light with your gift of empathy, it's now time to resurge and use it more wisely and with greater effect toward self and those that you love.
