Have you ever had that suffocating feeling when you're not being able to express your true self? Some of us have lived our entire lives that way. When the people around you (the people who matter to you the most) don't accept you for you, it can be incredibly damaging to your self-image. Give yourself, and your children, this incredible freedom and support individuality and personal exploration.

  • Practice remembering that they are unique and don’t need to be like you.
