I feel like communication is not talked about enough. And I think that it’s something people don’t focus on when self reflecting if they even self reflect at all. And I say that because why is communication such a challenge for everyone?

I decided on creating this podcast because I always have a lot to say like I can legit talk for hours. I’m educated and experience and I feel like I be making some sense lol. My main focus is mental health I’m no expert but I’ve struggled with depression and anxiety so I can relate. But we going talk all things mental health, physical health, financial health, parenting,sex and more! Let’s talk about it.
