Sara Nudd is a mama of 4 with a heart bigger than you can imagine. Her birth story with her first, at the age of 21 was traumatic and heart wrenching, on top of having no support or knowledge of what being a mom would be like. She struggled and struggled but after 3 more kiddos, she realized that she was suffering with PPD. Her life now is super full and her favorite mama moments are when all 6 of her family are together (including the senior Golden Doodle who is her soulmate!). She is almost finished with her Nurse Practitioner Degree and will specialize in Maternal Mental health. She has been a pediatric nurse for years and owns her own business called The Mama Co-op (find her here:themamacoop.com). She understands the need for good sleep and how that can completely derail your life. Her practice focuses on ensuring families have the resources they need to thrive and not just survive. You have not met a more genuine, lovely human as Sara Nudd. We are honored to have her as a YANA Board of Directors!
