Meet Junior Ezeonu, running for Grand Prairie City Council Place 8 (At-Large). Born in Nigeria, Junior came to the United States at the age of 2. Quickly he noticed the difference he could make in his community by becoming involved.
Newly graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington, Junior worked as an educator and closely with the public school board to impact minorities and low-income families.
These changes include better infrastructure, better public schools, and mental health support for all. Being a mental health advocate, Junior is prioritizing mental health resources accessible to all— especially after 14 months of quarantine.
