A Honey Basil Gimlet

For this celibation you need:

  • ½ oz Honey Basil Syrup
  • (Blend together 1 cup basil leaves, ½ cup water, ½ cup honey, and a pinch of sea salt and strain)

    • 2 oz. gin
    • 1 oz. lime juice
    • ice 
    • Add gin, lime juice and syrup to ice in a shaker. Shake, strain, and enjoy.

      ***For a mocktail, replace the gin with sparkling water.***
