In this episode we're discussing the Scandinavian holiday, Midsummer. The traditional way of celebrating that's mostly still celebrated today and dispelling some myths that some people might associate with Midsummer.

To make this CeLibation you need:
2oz Aquavit or Aquadiente Antioqueño (or an herbed spirit that you have available to you)
1oz Honey Simple Syrup
1oz Lime Juice
Pour all ingredients in a shaker, over ice. Shake and strain. Garnish with a lemon wheel if you're feeling fancy.
For a mocktail, mix the honey simple syrup and lime juice add ice and either still or sparkling water or Sprite for a Honey Limeade
