In this episode Rusty discusses a very special day that's dear to her heart, her birthday AKA April 30th! We’re going to take a look at how it was customary to celebrate her birthday before it was her birthday! Because there’s actually some pretty important holidays to the old world celebrated on this day; Walpurgisnacht, Beltane, and May Day.

To make this CeLibation you need:

-1.5 oz coconut rum

-1 oz elderflower liqueur

-lemon juice from a quarter of a lemon

-3 oz prosecco

Shake the coconut rum, elderflower liqueur and lemon juice with ice, strain into a glass and top with the prosecco

To make a mocktail, you’ll need: 

-6 oz. elderflower tea/jasmine tea

-2 oz. coconut water

-½ oz. lemon juice

-top off with sparkling water

You’ll start by making an elderflower tea, you could also use a jasmine tea if you don’t have elderflower tea available. Then you’ll pour the tea over ice and add the coconut water and lemon juice, top it off with a sparkling water and stir.
