Many of us are carrying wounds we never named. We just know that something in how we react, how we trust, how we shut down, doesn't quite add up. In this episode we talk about the signs of unhealed wounds, why acknowledgement is the hardest part, and what it looks like to begin healing honestly. This is not therapy. But it might be the conversation that helps you realise you need it. ❤️
We extend grace to everyone except ourselves. We forgive other people’s flaws but hold our own against us like evidence. In this episode we’re talking about self judgement, why we disqualify ourselves from the very things we need, and what it actually means to be imperfect and still worthy of love, friendship and community. 🎙️

We complain about not having genuine friendships but we’re not doing the work that friendships actually require. In this episode we talk about intentionality in relationships, why showing up first is hard, why we hide behind introversion, why we’re too overfamiliar with ourselves to see what we actually have to give, and what it looks like to invest in people without keeping score. 🎙️
The book got deleted. The episode still happened. This week I’m not in motivation mood, just being honest about what this season has actually done to me personally, talked about the journal briefly, and what showing up without perfect conditions actually looks like. 🎙️
We live in one of the noisiest times in human history. And somehow in the middle of all of it, we’ve gone quiet on the inside.
We say sorry without feeling or meaning it.
We ask how are you without waiting for the answer.
We move through our own lives like background characters.
In this episode we’re talking about what it actually means to be present in a world that survives on constant noise.
We do so much on autopilot, including living. In this episode we’re talking about mechanical responses, the flower you see but don’t actually see, and what it means to finally show up for your own life. ❤️💡
Most of us are carrying a background noise we’ve never stopped to question, a low level unease that’s become so normal we don’t even notice it anymore. In this episode we talk about ordinary unconsciousness, what it actually costs you, and why presence isn’t just a spiritual concept, but a survival skill.
❤️💡
Time is God’s gift to mankind. However, we can also turn this great gift into something else entirely for ourselves. Join me on this episode as we explore the illusion of time. Cheers 🥂❤️
Most of the fear and anxiety we carry isn’t actually about right now. It’s either something that already happened or something we’re terrified might happen. Eckhart Tolle calls it the pain-body, and in this episode, we’re talking about it honestly.
We get into why some of us have become so comfortable with our pain that we don’t even realise we’re holding onto it, why focusing on what you don’t want only makes it louder, and what it actually looks like to shift your gaze back to the present.
My pastor said it best, God wants to give you beauty in place of ashes. But you have to drop the ashes first.
This is your permission to let go. 🤍

She’s back, and so are you.
This is a new season and a new era, and we’re doing things differently. Every season, we read a book together, and this season’s read is The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle.
And in this episode, we’re talking about the mind, why it’s always noisy, why we rarely stop to think about what we’re actually thinking about, and what it really means to be present in your own life.
We also get into why stillness feels so uncomfortable, the concept of rawdogging your way to peace, and why you need to create time out of no time.
This conversation is just the beginning. You can read along with me this season, and DM me what’s hitting different. 🤍
