Grab a cup of positive it-tea and sit back and enjoy the show. This topic is going to take a bit to unpack because mindset isn't something you can buy and it's not like you can flip a switch and things change. It takes consistent habits to get to where you want and need to be. I want to also be mindful of trigger warnings and that this may stir up some unwanted shit for you. But in order to move past the darkness, we have to shine light on it.
You are like the 5 people you hang around. Take an objective view on those people. Be an outsider for a second. Do you really want to be like that?
We are all wired differently and that's ok. There's no right or wrong way, but if you're listening to this right now, my guess is that you would like to have more of a positive outlook on things.
