When it comes to taking care of our brain we often leave its care to our own devices. Stigma has certainly decreased, specifically among BIPOC communities, but there's more we can do. My true passion lies in the science of behavior change. Through this lens, I invite you to follow my intimate journey in continuous self-discovery, but not alone.
