We need to address our pain and trauma as black people, because that shit of not addressing our hurt is killing us. Sister Regina King lost her son due to suicide the other day and I want to send my condolences to her and her family. I also talk about my own issues with depression. This shit needs to end once and for all. Not addressing the pain is killing us and it's fucked up.
