We live in a world of distraction. Many people struggle with staying focused, especially with all the electronic devices that we are surrounded by each day. But not only that, there are some other issues that can cause us to lack focus and concentration. Adult ADHD, for example, is a common one. This is more commonly diagnosed in men than in women. It can affect many areas of one's life. What's going on in the brain of someone with ADHD and what are some signs to look for? Even if you do not have ADHD, there are still some helpful ideas on how to gain better focus, including some important supplements that are essential for optimal focus and attention.
