Let's Talk About It! is space centered around open communication. Open communication is an expression of vulnerability that some people may shy away from. There are so many topics that are considered taboo to speak on such as childhood trauma or personal affairs. 

I'm here to say, Let's Talk About It so that we can Deal With It! Before we can solve an issue, we have to process our emotions. Outward vocal expression is a great way to let it out and determine what it truly is we feel and what we should do about it.
