Law of inertia, also called Newton's first law, says that, if a body is at rest or moving at a constant speed in a straight line, it will remain at rest or keep moving in a straight line at constant speed unless it is acted upon by a force.
This is 90% of the world, we are moving within out lives at an inertia level, today we are going to talk about applying that force, and get you out of that straight line or being at rest.
Today I wanted to talk to you about slowing down, moving faster or changing your direction, each direction is a choice you have to make.
