Have you heard the saying:
If you are depressed, you are living in the past. If you are anxious you are living in the future. If you are at peace you are living in the present?
Well, it's true! When you are living in the now, not thinking about past experience or future events, being fully present to the beauty around you, you will experience silence internally and be at peace!
Being present is about being fully aware and engaged with the current moment, without worrying about the past or future.
It is a state of mindfulness that allows us to experience life in a deeper and more meaningful way.
One of the key aspects of being present is learning to let go of distractions and external stimuli that can pull us out of the moment.
Each episode will end with a practice area for you to take on and integrate with your life!
