This quote may trigger you because it implies that what you don't like or are complaining about in your life is a choice whether conscious or unconscious.

We don't like hear such statement but the moment we adopt this perspective, we will ask ourselves: why? Why am I creating this situation? What belief, conscious or unconscious is leading to me live this situation that I don't like and not change it?

It's not a straight forward answer. We may need to dig deep into our limiting beliefs. But if we do, the reward is that we get to change the belief that leads to us accepting a situation that we don't want.

Have you ever faced a tough decision and felt completely unsure about what to do?

That stress of making the "wrong" choice kicks in, and our instinct is to overanalyze, trying to make the "right" decision.

In moments like these, I often turn to my Angels for guidance. If you prefer connecting with God, the Universe, your Spirit Guides, or your Higher Self, that works too.

In this episode, I share a personal story about my son, who had a stomach ache and didn’t feel like going to school.

Through this experience, I realized something profound: what truly matters isn’t the decision itself but how we feel after making it.

When we make choices from the heart, the feeling that follows is one of peace, regardless of the outcome.

Here is a story that illustrates a belief that every single person has: If we want something, we need to give up something else in another area.

Imagine you go to an ice cream shop that offers 30 different flavors. You can choose 1 or maybe even 3, but you cannot choose all 30 of them in one serving.

It is usually pretty hard to choose because by choosing only 3 favors, we are giving up 27 other flavors that we also like.

The thing is, we apply this to everything in life: It's either a job I love but not the salary, or a good salary but a job that I dont like, or a great career but a poor family life, etc...

You get the idea.

What if we shifted this belief and allowed ourselves to create both?

This is only possible if we belief it is possible and create with purpose.

Change the paradigm by changing your own beliefs.

When I find myself judging someone else I ask myself: why?

What is this judgment telling about ME?

If we are judging, it's because we have been triggered.

Being triggered means something we see outside of us is resonating with something inside of us.

There is an emotion inside of us that can be conscious or unconscious that is calling for us to look at it.

The object of our judgment either reflects something we don't like in ourselves, or the opposite of the spectrum where we find ourselves.

When we judge we feel better then the other person, which males us feel better about ourselves, and this makes us feel worthy of being loved and accepted. But this feeling is short-lived.

Reduce its importance! You may have heard this advice in the form of: detach yourself from the result, or surrender to it but these are ways of expressing the same thing that feel heavy to me.

Detaching yourself from something feels painful, surrendering feels like you need to abandon it, but reducing the importance of something we want sounds totally doable, your not abandoning anything, and it feels less difficult.

Have you ever wanted something so bad that it feels like you are facing 101 obstacles in getting it? And then, when you finally decide to say: whatever, if I don’t get it, it was not meant to be, that is when things come together almost effortlessly?

See this process like a pendulum. When you put too much importance to the thing you want, you are adding an imaginary (energetic) weight to one side of the pendulum so instead of it moving smoothly from one side to the other, the balance is broken and it no longer moves with ease.

When you reduce the importance of what you want, you come back to equilibrium.

How can you reduce the importance? By remembering that it is either that which you want or something better, by remembering that if what you want it, it will always come to you, if what you want to manifest is meant to be, it will manifest in one way or the other.

Believe and trust that things will come to you when you reduce their emotional importance.

The way you think reflects your beliefs and you beliefs defines your reality.

Your emotions are a very good barometer to know what beliefs are behind a situation.

And it is your beliefs, conscious our unconscious that frame how we experience this situation.

This is so empowering because it means we have the power to experience reality according to our own prima

and not by the rules from society or someone else other than us (our teachers, our parents, our boss, etc).

It takes us becoming conscious about the state of mind we are in and choosing the one that aligns with our desires.

This may take practice, and it may be easier for certain situations and very hard for others where you are more emotionally attached, but it is always possible.

Have you found yourself waiting and waiting and waiting for a sign from the universe to take action?

Chances are, you are waiting from someone outside of you (the universe, God), more powerful than you, to make you feel safe by giving you the GO.

By doing this, you stop being the God of you, you give your power away, and you most probably turn into pleople pleasing because making someone else unhappy is more difficult to bare than to make yourself unhappy.

The key is to turn your desire NON NEGOTIABLE.

When this is the case, you know that even if you are scared (because the action requires you to grow), and even if people you love do not show their support at first, your desire is important enough for you to stop waiting and start acting.
