Once you have prayed and developed a plan based on what God is leading you to do, then it is time to go to work! If you want to see your church or your life changed there is going to be work that has to be done, yes it is important to study the problems, and it is important to come up with a plan, but that is all a waste of time unless you are willing to roll up your sleeves and get to work.
