Let's talk about how hard it is when you have to face the things that you have to let go in order to continue to stay devoted and disciplined. Obedience brings so many fruitful rewards, but we also have to face the hurt and pain we feel every time a piece of our old spirit dies to our new one. I talk about the different situations we may face and how it is a grieving process every time. Nonetheless, we have to keep shifting so life can keep shifting. As always, there is a silver lining.
